Welcome to the Careers page of our Oakwood website! My name is Linda Bersch, and I am the Recruiting Manager here at Oakwood. If you are considering Oakwood as your next professional home, I’ll be your first point of contact.

| One of my favorite ways to spend my day is getting to know the smart and sharp people in this industry. I’ve been in IT and consulting for over twenty years, including stints at Accenture and Computer Sciences Corporation, where I helped build their St. Louis team. I’ve been with Oakwood since July of 2006, and the network I’ve established over my career has benefited both Oakwood and the quality people I’ve met along the way.
After you and I get to know each other through an initial meeting, I’ll navigate you through the interviewing process, arranging discussions with our consultants and management team members as appropriate. If you and we agree to move forward, I’ll work with you on an offer and guide you through accepting a position at Oakwood and joining the team. If, for some reason, we decide together that a career at Oakwood is not right for you at this point in your life, I may have recommendations for other places who can use someone of your talents and skills.
I personally get a lot of joy from working with our team members and continuing to work with you – in fact there’s seldom a week when I’m not having lunch with at least one of our consultants, just to check in. The team here at Oakwood is great to work with, and I love what I do to help the organization, and our team members, grow.
