The challenge for this consumer packaged goods company centered around their existing technology. The existing Exchange server environment had issues. It was hosted and managed by IBM in three standalone data centers. The company was experiencing poor service and escalating costs. What was most surprising was they were paying for support on a per mailbox basis. Mead Johnson Nutrition has elected to bring another vendor in to the company to perform an Office 365 migration. After months of work, the vendor was unable to get a single production mailbox successfully moved to the cloud. Obviously, the company was very disappointed.
Within the first week of our engagement, Oakwood was able to identify and correct the server issues. We were also able to quickly determine the issues with the prior vendor’s 0365 migration objectives. In summary, our experienced team was able to remedy these two logistical challenges quickly and professionally.
Oakwood resolved all of the core issues related to their server platform and Office 365 issues. They were functioning with a new Office 365 platform and reaping all of the benefits of this amazing technology. Oakwood also developed a new litigation hold and discovery process to replace the on-premise solution.
