Oakwood Now a Member of Microsoft’s Desktop Deployment Planning Service (DDPS)

Oakwood Systems Group announces it is now a member of Microsoft’s Desktop Deployment Planning Service (DDPS).  As a member of Microsoft’s DDPS, Oakwood will receive exclusive access to work with organizations to develop a high-level desktop deployment plan for their IT environment and assess the overall cost to the organization for upgrading to the latest desktop operating systems and business-focused applications.

Oakwood’s DDPS membership allows Oakwood to provide on site deployment planning services, identify approaches to establish a secure and well-managed desktop infrastructure, leverage best practices for desktop deployment, provide a comprehensive assessment of a customer’s infrastructure, and reduce software deployment errors.  The DDPS membership also guarantees organizations uniformity across all configurations and minimizes helpdesk or IT support when implementing a solution.
