Oakwood Announces Creation of Project Server Training Offering

Oakwood Systems Group announces the creation of a service offering centered on training for Microsoft Office Project Server 2007.  The offering has been overseen and developed by Oakwood’s Practice Director for Enterprise Project Management (EPM) and Microsoft’s Virtual Technology Specialist (VTS) for Project Server 2007, Frank Records.  The training will encompass the evaluation of existing Project Server configurations and customized, individual training for Project Managers, Administrators, Team Members, Resource Managers and Executives.  “Effective Project Server 2007 training maximizes team effectiveness in project collaboration and management while minimizing the learning curve,” said Records.

Rave reviews from clients that have received Project Server 2007 training in conjunction with their server implementations led Oakwood to offer Project Server Training as its own distinct service offering.  Said Records, “Oakwood’s Project Server training will take place on a client’s site, in its facility, on its systems, with its data.  When you consider most training facilities teach out of a book only, you can see the value and completeness that Oakwood’s training will offer organizations.”
Project Server 2007 helps organizations effectively manage and coordinate work ranging from one-time projects to complex programs across an entire project life-cycle.  Oakwood has been a strategic partner to Microsoft in the Midwest for EPM solutions for more than ten years.
